GMFiT is exactly what I was
looking for after not exercising for 5 years, post having children and I am absolutely loving it! It is by no means an easy session every time, which is what I wanted. Grant pushes you and encourages you constantly all the while showing you technique and how to do things properly. It's interactive, full of variety, socialable, enjoyable whilst being hard (but you can push yourself to your own capabilities and Grant will be with you all the way!). I'm so glad I found the perfect classes in every way for me!

Tough but enjoyable sessions and masses of variety with the exercises. Group sessions, Blitz and 1:1 personal training all fantastic. Grant really pushes you, but with positive reinforcement and lots of motivation. I have found huge benefits to overall fitness, strength, body shape and mental health after just a few months of training with him 2-3 times a week. I wish I'd found GMFiT years ago! I always leave class buzzing and for the first time ever, am really pleased when 'gym days' rock around!

GMFiT offers a variety of different sessions to suit all. With a busy work schedule I have found that 1:1 sessions work well for me. Working both day and night shifts Grant adjusts each session according to my strength and fitness level (plus attitude) on the day. He ensures I always have a good technique especially the days when I’m feeling lazy! He motivates and encourages me to do my best even when I don’t believe in myself.
Highly recommend Grant if you need some motivation, guaranteed to feel better physically and mentally!!
