Circuit training is a excellent way to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength & endurance. You will get your heart rate up and keep it high through the entire circuit due to the short rest periods and large muscles being worked together combining upper body and lower body exercises to give you a full body workout. 

 

Circuit-Fit is an energetic fitness training class in a fun and friendly atmosphere with pumping music at each session!
