 The workout will be designed to challenge all fitness levels and each workout will demand different efforts.
Our 'Workout of the day' will not only improve your fitness but your mental toughness. Take on some of our popular Chipper style workouts where endurance is an important factor, fast pace out of the gate will likely result in burn out. Our WOD class is designed for all fitness levels and every workout can be scaled according to load, time, volume (repetitions) and distance. Burn calories, build muscle and get fit each week with a different workout of the day.
